( N Z P. A .-Reuter—Copy right} TOKYO, Sept. 30. The Japanese Government’s Fisheries Board said today it had started an investigation into the alleged case of violation of territorial waters. If the findings confirmed that an intrusion had been committed by a Japanese boat, the board would immediately order the fishing boat concerned to come home and would never approved its return to the fishing grounds of New Zealand, the board said.
