Golfing First
(N.Z. Prcti Alto.—Copyright) PARIS. Sept 30. For the first time since the Second World War an Iron Curtain country will compete at an international golf event Czechoslovakia has sent a team of two to the first women’s world amateur team championship, starttomorrow. The Czechs will be represented by Mrs Hanza Brozona, who has won her national title, and Mrs Edith Soulakova. The championship also marks the first time that Japanese women golfers have competed as a team outside their own country.
