Stay Till End Of Year CN.Z. Press Association? WELLINGTON, Sept. 30. New Zealand has decided to maintain its peace-keeping police contingent in Cyprus until the end of the year after a request from the United Nations Secretary-G«neral (U Thant) for further assistance. This was confirmed by the Prime Minister (Mr Holyoake) today. It will mean the unit will remain in Cyprus for just more than another month. The contingent was to have completed its voluntary sixmonth spell on November 21, but it has now volunteered to serve until December 26.
