Tenancy Bill Change
(N Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, Sept. 29. Grounds on which landlords may oppose renewed Court-ordered tenancies under the Tenancy Amendment (No. 2) Bill now before Parliament, have been extended by the Statutes Revision Committee. As reported back to the House by the committee today, the bill now recognises that some contracts between landlords and new tenants may have been concluded before the bill was introduced.
