ARRIVAL IN GISBORNE

French Fishing Boat (N.Z. Press Association) GISBORNE, Sept. 29. A 63ft French fishing boat, the Physalie, arrived , at Gisborne today after a voyage from France via Las Palmas, Panama, Tahiti and Rarotonga. She has a crew made up mainly of British emigrants wishing to settle in New Zealand. The skipper, Mr B. A. Clifton Harvey, of Bournemouth, said that the trip had been fairly straight-forward with good weather except in the Bay of Biscay and after leaving Rarotonga. Sailing with him he had Mr J; Connors, of Dublin, as chief engineer, Mr R. Curran, of Auckland, as bosun, and Messrs W. Evans (Glasgow), B. Hewitt, L. Andams and G. Arnold, all of London. The Physalie left Lessables-de-Olonne, in the Bay of Biscay, on June 9.
