H. Orchard: committee, Messrs A. H. Berry, H. E. Brandon. F. L. Donnelly, L. R. Jackson, F. E. Reaby, and R. W. Yates: research and advisory committee, Messrs Berry, Brandon, Jackson, Orchard and Roberts: programme committee, Messrs Reaby. F. C. Hartland and R. A. Wilkinson.
