COMPENSATION COURT
An application by Dunlop New Zealand, Ltd. (Mr C. B. Atkinson) for payment of a lump sum to Donald Alexander Noel Mcßae, a storeman (Mr B. A. Barrer) in place of weekly payments of compensation was adjourned by Judge Dalglish in the Compensation Court yesterday. Mcßae was allowed £7 7s costs and witnesses’s expenses. Mcßae suffered a back injury at work on October 15, 1962.
