Slight Rise To £693 Net profit of United Investors Mutual Fund, Westport, rose £2 to £693 in the year to June 30. Total income was £4B higher at £972. Management fee was £248 (up £43), and taxation £3l (up £2B). Recommended final dividend is a steady Id a share, making 1.75 d for the year which takes £615. Carry-forward is £197 against £lO9 brought in. Shareholders’ funds rose £4476 to £25,387 and market value on investments rose to £26.312 from £21,081. Current assets are £26,721 (£21,530 last year), and current liabilities £1334 (£619).
