(N.Z. Press Assn. —Copyright) SYDNEY, September 9. Dock workers walked off 32 overseas and interstate ships for an hour in Sydney yesterday as a protest against South Africa’s apartheid policy. All the men engaged on the day shift—about 3500 —left their jobs an hour before the scheduled knock off time. Waterside workers in Sydney stopped work on Tuesday of last week on the same issue.
