Lieutenant Peter Mtilgrew, R.N.Z.N., who lost both legs and most of his right hand fingers to frostbite in the 1961 Mount Makulu expedition, is coming back this month to supervise construction of an airstrip 11,000 feet up the Dudh Kosi Gorge.— Calcutta, Sept. 9.
