INAUDIBLE COMMENT
(Parliamentary Reporter) WELLINGTON, Sept 3. The Minister of Justice (Mr Hanan) did, it turns out, give his comment on the fears expressed in Parliament last night by Mr P. Blanchfield (Opp, Westland) about a jury containing women which might try the case of a person charged with assaulting the Merseyside singer, Ringo Starr. Mr Hanan’s comment not audible to the press gallery, was: “I hope they would acquit him."
