Pres* Association) AUCKLAND, September 1. “National Education,” the journal of the Educational Institute, the official body of primary and intermediate schoolteachers, September issue appears today with a white space where its editorial comment normally appears. An explanation published at the foot of the page says: “The space above contains all the valid arguments which the Minister has given for the further postponement of threeyear college training—the basic reform needed for quality education.”
