fN.Z, Press Association) PALMERSTON NORTH, September J, The consistent Milling gelding, Ntghtmill, was destroyed at Awapunl this morning after breaking his near-side fetlock during a gallop on the course proper with Ape. Nightmilt which was owned by Mr R. W. Judd and trained for him by R. L, Dulieu and W. Read, had had three starts thia season for two wins and a second. Last season he was placed 11 times In 18 starts. Nightmill was an acceptor for the Moutoa Hack Handicap on the second day of the Wanganui Jockey Club’s meeting on Saturday.
