AMENITIES AT CAMP
Spencerville Building Campen at the Walmairi County Council's motor camp at Spencerville will be able to watch television in comfort when the new amenities block, which was started last week, is completed. The 2800 sq. ft building has a spacious lounge with a television set After a discussion in committee, the council at its last meeting accepted the tender of Messrs P. T. Wornall and Sons for the block. The contract price was £7383. There were six tenders, the highest being £10,484. The building will also have a fully-equipped kitchen with six rangettes and a laundry with washing machines and tubs. Toilet facilities include hot and cold water, showers, and baths for men and women.
It is expected that the building will be completed by the end of November.
