Kees Hos Exhibition
Sir, —Time' was when all modern art looked to me like five kicks on a mud wall. Since seeing the Kees Hos exhibition at the Durham street Art Gallery, my ideas have changed radically. Here is art which speaks to the soul For beauty of line, of colour and texture, it would be hard to better. It is to be hoped that all lovers of art, be they of the traditional or contemporary schools, will take the opportunity to see this exhibition.—Yours, etc., HELENA. September 1, 1964.
