Most Of Estate To Charity

Most of the estate of Flora Sabina Lock, a widow, of Christchurch, who died on August 22, has been left to the Canterbury and West Coast branch of the New Zealand Crippled Children Society. The Supreme Court recently granted probate of her will, the estate being sworn at under £3OOO. After private bequests totalling £650 the estate is left to the branch society. The Court also recently granted probate of the will of Henry Cooper Smith, an auctioneer, of Christchurch, who died on August 11, the estate being sworn at under £50.000. A bequest of £250 is made to St. David’s Presbyterian Church, Colombo street.
