Bonus And Cash Issues (N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, August 27. Henry Berry, Ltd., wholesale grocery merchants of Wellington, has proposed 'a cash issue at a premium and a bonus issue of one-for-five. The cash issue will be of 60,236 ordinary shares of 10s each, at a premium of 10s a share. This will increase the ordinary share capital to £205,000, made up of 410,000 shares of 10s each. The basis would be about one-to-six of existing shares. A bonus issue of one-for-five shares held at the close of the cash issue is proposed. This would entail the issue of 82,000 shares (subject to fractions) of 10s each and would raise the ordinary share capital to £246,000 in 492,000 shares of 10s each. Floor Tiles and Parquet (N.Z.), Ltd., Auckland, has announced that it proposes to increase its nominal capital to £150,000 and divide its £■l shares into 10s units.
