(N Z. Press Association)' AUCKLAND, Aug. 26. After discussion of an hour and a half, the Auckland Methodist Synod decided yesterday to recommend to the New Zealand conference that the proposed fortnightly Methodist free newspaper begin publication in February or March, 1966.
