Two Properties Passed In
Twenty-eight acres of mixed cropping and grazing land at Landsdowne, Halswell. was passed in .at £7300 at public auction yesterday. The property was offered on account of Mr R. P. McCarthy by Mr W. H. Archdall. There are no buildings on the land, which is divided into four paddocks. Two fully-furnished flats on a section with two road frontages at 10 Dyers Pass road, Cashmere, were passed in at £6900. The auctioneer was Mr G. H. Kissel!. Flat 1 has two bedrooms, lounge, study, diningroom, kitehen, and bathroom. Flat 2 has two bedrooms, lounge, kitchen, and bathroom.
