Nine Die In Smash
(N.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright) SCOTLAND NECK (North Carolina), Aug. 25. A two-door sedan blew a tyre at high speed on Sunday and smashed into a three-foot-wide pine tree, killing all nine passengers. The dead were five adults and four children, six in one family, said a highway patrolman, F. C. Simmons.
