Farm Sold To Company
(N.Z. Press Association) MASTERTON, Aug. 4.
One of the largest transactions in farm property in the Wairarapa involving a single property, with a price of more than £70,000 covering the cost of land, buildings, stock and plant, has been completed. The property, “Ruakawa,” comprising 2150 acres freehold about six miles east of Martinborough, has been sold to a company, the Ruakawa Farm Ltd., on behalf of the Robert McLeod estate, by Messrs Dalgety and New Zealand Loan Ltd., of Masterton.
