State Farm Returns

WELLINGTON, August 4. Receipts from farms run by .the Lands and Survey Department for the year ended June 30, 1963 were £4,306,558, said the annual report tabled in Parliament today. Sheep sales realised £1,129,151, cattle sales £1,278,684 and wool £1,710,068. The department farms 1,613,000 acres carrying 1,054,517 sheep and 163,495 cattle.
