K. D. Foxton’s recordbreaking round of 68 In the Windsor Golf Club’s open tournament on Sunday was his second such score on the course in recent weeks. But on the last occasion he had the assistance of a 19-handi-capper in a greensome at an L.V.A. tournament The pair had six birdies in the first nine holes; their handicap of eight strokes gave them a net 60.
