Only Whale
(N.Z.P. A.-Reuter) POINT HOPE (Alaska) Bad weather has prevented hunters from this remote Alaskan Eskimo town (population 300) in the Arctic Circle from going whaling. Only one whale has been caught this season. The successful whaler was Mr Amos Lane. His catch measured 60 feet, one of the largest recorded in this part 'of Alaska for several years.
