BRAILLE WEEK APPEAL
Postal Charge For Envelopes The black envelopes to be distributed throughout New Zealand by the Post Office this week for the Braille Week, 1964, collections would be subject to the usual postal charges, the manager of the Foundation for the Blind (Mr G. Ashdowne) said yesterday. It was incorrectly reported in “The Press” on Saturday that the envelopes were to be distributed by the Post Office free of charge.
