(N.Z.P-A.-Reuter —Copyright) KARACHI, July 20. China’s “bamboo curtain” is parting for the first time since the Communist take-over in 1943. Visas are now being issued for “package tours” to six major Chinese cities, according to Pakistan International Airlines. An airline official said the Chinese will issue visas liberally to everyone—except Americans, Spaniards and Nationalist Chinese.
