Car Found, Arrests
(N Z. Press Association) ROTORUA, July 19. The Rotorua police have arrested two men after finding a missing car at Waiotapu, 19 miles from Rotorua, early on Friday morning. The car was taken from Wellington on Wednesday.
The two men were arrested at Ngakuru, 15 miles south of Rotorua at 3 p.m. today. Those in the police party were Senior-Sergeant K. R. Egan and Constables B. O. Bonnington and E. Parkinson, all of Rotorua.
The men will appear in the Rotorua Magistrate’s Court tomorrow.
