Young Boxer Killed
(N.Z. Press, Assn.—Copyright) MANILA, July 19. A Filipino, boxer- has died of injuries received in a fight in Ozamiz City on Mindanao Island. Sammy Parker, aged 18, died in hospital on Friday of brain injuries. He was .knocked down twice in a bout with War Tagalogin, another Filipino, the night before. Parker, whose father was American, was the sixth Filipino boxer killed in the ring in the last three years.
