‘We Have Made Up Our Minds '

Southern Rhodesians had to make up their minds whether they were going to make decisions themselves or let the Afro-Asian bloc make them, Mr lan Smith, the Prime Minister, said last evening. “If you are prepared to compromise it is the end. If we give in we have no option but to get out,” he said at a dinner. “As far as I am concerned—and I am speaking for the Government —we have made up our minds,” he added.
