Congo Govt. ‘Doomed’
(N.Z.P.A.-Reuter —Copyright) LONDON, July 19. . Dr. Conor Cruise O’Brien, who was the representative of the Secretary-General of the United Nations in Katanga from June to December, 1961, said that the new Congo Government was “doomed to failure.” He forecast further violence.
