House Passed In At £6750
Offered on account of Motor Specialties, Ltd., a house on a section of 27.2 perches, zoned industrial B, at 142 Durham street was passed in at £6750 at public auction yesterday. The auctioneer was Mr W. K. Christiansen. The house has two bedrooms, lounge, living room, kitchen, and bathroom. Outbuildings include garages, office, workshop, and sheds. A house at 153 Avonhead road. Upper Riccarton, has been sold by private treaty by Ford and Hadfield, Ltd The property was passed in when offered at auction last week.
