French Rugby Official Dies

(N.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright) •. PARIS, June 18. Mr Rene Crabbs, former president .of the French Rugby Union Federation and a former international, died in Paris yesterday aged 65. . Mr Crabos played for France 17 times between 1920 and 1924, and captained the national team on 15 occasions.

Cooper Going

To Coast

R. Cooper, who has played senior Rugby and senior Suburban cricket in Christchurch, will be transferring to Greymouth shortly. Cooper played full-back for Albion this season—and senior cricket for the Walthatm Club, also representing Christchurch against Wellington. It is expected that he will play Rugby for the Greymouth Star Club.
