Pound Injured On Deck

WELLINGTON, May 28. A man found injured on the deck of the Rangatira early this morning when the steamer express was approaching Wellington, was taken to Wellington Hospital minutes after the vessel berthed.
He was Mr D. J. Rainey, from Manitoba, Canada. He had lacerations to the back of the head, concussion, and shock. His condition was later reported as satisfactory.
