Auctioneer Fined For Theft

(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, May 28. Auctioneers should be above suspicion and of sound integrity, Mr Justice Tompkins said in the Supreme Court at Wellington today. Trevor Kenneth Findlay, aged 39, an auctioneer and land agent, of Upper Hutt, was fined £lOO when he appeared for sentence on a charge of theft of £7 10s by failing to account.
