Shakespeare Quater-centenary
AIR LETTER FORMS were recently issued by the British Post Office to commemorate the four-hund-redth anniversary of Shakespeare’s birth. The larger illustration shows a page of one of the forms depicting scenes from Shakespeare’s plays. Another form received by the same mail has a view of the Shakespeare Memorial Theatre, Stratford-on-Avon. The illustrations are in colour.
