Vice-Regal
Yesterday morning the Governor-General visited Burnham Military Camp. Later, his Excellency was the guest at luncheon of the Christchurch Junior Chamber. In the afternoon the Gov-ernor-General visited “Woodchester” Eventide Home of the Christchurch Presbyterian Social Service Association. Subsequently his Excellency visited Rannerdale War Veterans’ Home. Lady Fergusson visited Wesley Lodge, and then the South Island Methodist Children’s Home, of the Christchurch Central Mission. In the evening their Excellencies held a dinner party at Elizabeth House.
