Canterbury Officers
Mr C. C. A. McLachlan was re-elected unopposed as chairman of the Canterbury-West-land Division of the New Zealand National Party, at the division’s annual meeting yesterday. Mr H. S. Cordery was elected vice-chairman, and Mr K. A. Gough was elected treasurer.
Delegates elected as representatives to the Dominion council were:—Mesdames D. Cooper and A. M. Vile; Messrs H. Cordery, K. A Gough, and R. Harris.
Standing committee members elected were Messrs M. Hunter, N. Bowron and F. S. Taylor.
