Offered on account of the estate of George Sevicke Jones, a bungalow at 8 Mafjfeys road, McCormacks Bay, was sold for £3700 at public auction yesterday. The auctioneer was Mr N. H. McCrostie. The initial bid was £3300. There were three bids of £lOO, and four of £25. The' house contains three bedrooms, living-room, kitchenette, bathroom, and laundry.
Outbuildings on the section of 2 roods 16.9 perches include a two-roomed bach and a garage.
A bungalow at 224 Lyttelton street, Spreydon. was passed in at £3200. The property was offered on account lof the estate of C. W. J. Roberts by Mr L. Aitken. The house comprises three j bedrooms, porch, lounge, diningroom, kitchenette, bathroom, and laundry. Outbuildings on Hie section of half an acre include a garage, workshop, and fowlhouse.
