WASHINGTON, May 26. The United States House of Representatives Foreign Affairs Committee yesterday let stand for the first time the Administration’s full 3,500,000,000-dollar foreign aid request. It was the first time in the 17-year history of the foreign aid programme that the committee failed to cut the Administration request. Included in the programme —which would ;uthorise 300 million dollars more than present foreign aid spending —is 125 million dollars the President requested last week in additional funds to aid the war in South Vietnam.
The bill would authorise 2400 million dollars in economic aid and 1000 million dollars for military assistance.
