£4845 For Loss Of Fingers
(N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, May 21.. Mr Justice Gresson today entered judgment for £4845 8s in a claim for £10,400 damages brought in the Supreme Court at Auckland by a 20-year-old factory worker who lost four fingers in a factory accident in October, 1961.
The plaintiff was Peter Graham Niethe. He cited Flexible Packaging, Ltd.,, of Penrose, as the defendant.
