WILL KEEP TEMPERS
French Want Clean Game (N.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright) SYDNEY, May 21. France today named a strong team to play against Sydney in their Rugby League match on Saturday. It includes seven who have played against Australia. The coach of the French team, Mr Rene Duffort, said he hoped it would be bright, clean football. His players would not indulge in any punching or indiscriminate kicking. If. the Sydney players wanted to turn it on his players would do everything in their power to keep their tempers.
He was disappointed by some of the players in Queensland games. They frequently tried to punch the Frenchmen who would not retaliate.
The team is: A. Cartere, J. Eacheberry, C. Maiitoulan (captain), A. Bourrell, M. Boule, J. Villeneuve, R. Garnung, H. Chamorin, R. Eramouspe, S. Estieu, L. Faletti, C. Sabathie, J. Graciet.
