BLOOD DONORS’ CERTIFICATES
1270 Pints From 23 Persons
Certificates for long service by donors to the North Canterbury Blood Transfusion Service were presented at the annual general meeting of the service.
The 23 persons on the list had between them given 1270 pints of blood. Certificates are awarded on the completion of each 10 donations from 50 pints upwards. The list of recipients was: Eighty Pints.—Mrs R. A. Ruthven.
Seventy Pints.—Mr F. Donald.
Sixty Pints.—Messrs N. Lee, C. E. Hansen, I. D. Sanders, D. Gobbe, Mesdames J. B. Williams, J. Wheelans, K. Wood.
Fifty Pints.—Messrs A. Jenkinson, W- C. L. Tobeck, R. G. Dawson, F. I. Perfect, F. D. O’Malley, H. E. Sanders, M. E. Batley, Mesdames R. D. Bansgrove, E. Bastion, L. J. Bale, D. Kennelly, Misses L. Davidson, S. C. Moore, P. Cobden.
