Population
(Special Crspdt. N.ZPA.) LONDON, April 27. The population of England and Wales will increase by 18 millions to 65 millions during the next 40 years, according to a forecast by the Registrar-General. It is estimated that the population will increase on average by 370,000 a year in the next 20 years.
