Results In F.E.I. Events (From Our Own Reporter) TIMARU, April 1. F.E.I. events at the Mackenzie County Agricultural and Pastoral Society’s sixty-sixth annual show at Fairlie on Easter Monday resulted as follows: Open jump for A and C grade horses (13): Miss M. Ross’s Caesar and Mrs G. T. Dobbs and J. and M. Pratt’s Summerleaze (equal) 1, L. Stock’s Arctic Sun 3. Improvers’ F.E.I. table A (17): Miss V. Nichol’s Liberty 1, R. Stewart’s Danny Boy 2, I. Gliddon’s Volunteer 3.

The Gamblers’ Stakes open equestrian event was cancelled because of poor light. Light harness events, judged by Mr A. J. Agnew (Arowhenua) resulted:— Harness horse, over 14.2 hands and up to 15 hands (1): J. S. and R. B. Lilley’s Captivation 1 and champion. Harness horse, over 15 hands and up to 15.2 hands (1): J. S. and R. B. Lilley’s Fleetfoot 1.

Best turnout on ground, horse or pony (3): J. S. and R. B. Lilley’s Fleetfoot and Captivation 1 and 2, G. Vucetich’s Cheeky 3.
