A move to substitute
farms for forests at Eyrewell was not panic action after destruction of trees by the wind; it had been discussed for a long time, Mr H. L. Pickering, M.P., said at the Cust-Eyreton National Party meeting last evening. Windblown forest at Eyrewell should not be replanted, he said.
