Decision Day For Bid

WELLINGTON, April 1
Next Monday is decision day for the Thomson Organisation in its £23 a share takeover bid for the Wellington Publishing Company, Ltd., proprietors of the “Dominion.” This is the latest date on which the offer, amounting to £2,300,000 can be declared unconditional.
Wellington financial circles consider it extremely unlikely the London group will gain the 51 per cent acceptance sought.
