Public Service Reports
Sir,—The State Services Commission did not make any further comments on public service reports because it is in serious trouble over using confidential reports unsigned by the probationer. Public servants should be grateful to Mr M. A Connelly, M.P, for having exposed this wicked practice. It certainly is most unjust when controlling officers and permanent heads can give such reports without letting the probationer read and sign them.—Yours, etc, DISILLUSIONED NATIONALIST. March 30, 1964.
