Notifiable Diseases
Occupational dermatitis in a woman in her thirties was notified to the Christchurch health office last week. Non-industrial notifications comprised two of pulmonary* tuberculosis, one of typhimur-ium-type salmonellosis, one of infective hepatitis, and one of) ophthalmia neonatorum. The tuberculosis were an adult male in the city, and an adult female in the: Paparua County. The salmon-1 ellosis victim was a city man. of 35. The hepatitis was in a. male of unspecified age in th« Waimairi County, and a babyj in a Christchurch hospital wasq the ophthalmia sufferer. '
