London Post For Subandrio?
(N.Z.P.A.-Reuter—Copyright! LONDON, March 22. Indonesia's Ambassador to Britain (Mr Burhanudin Diah) is expected to return to London from Indonesia next Thursday and stay for “some time.” Mr Diah's posting as Ambassador to Thailand was announced last month. The “Sunday Telegraph” today said Dr. Subandrio, the Indonesian First Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, was being mentioned in Western diplomatic circles as a possible successor to Mr Diah.
