TROVATELLA INELIGIBLE
Trovatella, which won at Oamaru on Monday, is now ineligible for the Courtenay Handicap at Riccarton on Monday, on the first day of the Canterbury Jockey Club’s autumn meeting.
Her withdrawal will allow Ikanui to re-enter the field. The Awapuni filly Cecina has been scratched from the Merivale Handicap, the nine furlongs hack event, for which she would have been one of the favourites.
